Back to work yesterday and it was nice to be back.. After 2 long days of break.. Well deserved I might add.. ;) And in-conjunction with national day, there was those push cart thingys that u see at the shopping malls.. Yea, apparently they were giving away free KACANG PUTIH kinda snacks!.. OMGness!.. FREE!.. And then reality settled in.. It read.. "Not for airport staff".. -.-

YES!!! Woot!.. NEW SPECS!.. OAKLEYS!.. Came back from the shop a while back and the the specs costed?..
$550!!! Yes, ok.. That's a lot to swallow for a pair of frames.. But hey, their Oakleys!.. And NO I didn't buy them for the brand.. Ok, maybe a lil.. But I mean, I bought them cuz they're reliable..

One of the shops that I went to said that 2 of their customers came back to him after their specs had been ran over by a truck!.. They went back and with a lil bending here and there.. They were as good as new!.. Talk about tough!..
Oliver said that I'm high maintenance.. And the worst part is that my family agrees!.. Well, it's not so much about buying brands and stuff.. But I buy them cuz they're reliable, comfortable and stuff.. OK, the brand thingy might have something to do with it but.. That's besides the point.. U buy something that u can rely on, something that's comfortable.. Brands are there cuz ppl buy them and wear them!.. I trust my eyes with Oakleys, Jeans with Levi's and feet with Nike.. So if that makes me high maintenance then so be it.. I'm comfortable with I put on.. (:
Anyways, Manda finally lemme in on her blog!.. That's so totally nice of her.. Thanks twin!.. (: And I also read Ling's blog too.. Seems like both of them are talking bout the marathon at the end of the year.. The Standard Charted Singapore Marathon.. And I've been wanting to participate ever since last year.. Just checked out the main page and the race is on the 2nd of December.. Only one problem.. NS!.. Arghh!.. No matter, I think I'll still train up for it and participate in at least the half marathon.. That's 21km!.. (:
